This process will continue as a two-year cycle and will include the following:

  • Every two years, each WorkForce Center will have to complete an application to retain its WorkForce Center status.
  • Every two years, the application, framework, and standards will be revisited to ensure they reflect the WorkForce Center System.
  • Between August and December of the odd numbered years, the WorkForce Centers will be visited by secret shoppers, state agency monitors, and/or peer reviewers to monitor compliance and accountability with the foundational level.
  • Each WorkForce Center will complete an internal review of their system every even numbered year between July and August.
