Re: Preparation for next meeting

I look forward to seeing everyone at our next full Council meeting on:

We have made a good deal of progress with our first attempt to fully articulate vision, goals, outcomes, and continuous improvement measures for Minnesota's workforce development system. We will continue discussion of our "Getting to Pre-Eminence" document and the feedback we have received to date from around the state.

The legislature has given us some assignments...and we may even know the final outcome of the legislative session by the time we meet. Our agenda includes discussion of the legislature's work and next steps toward state agency reorganization. We also want to preview some specific policy questions that need our attention in the coming months regarding service delivery and program evaluation.
