  1. Vision and direction through mini-cabinet process
    1. Engage the GWDC in information collection activities
    2. Help shape next round of WIA local planning to be more comprehensive, align with vision, and address common performance measurement issues.
  2. Quality improvement/Technical Assistance
    1. Define ways for the GWDC to serve as a clearinghouse for training opportunities for all partners in the workforce system
    2. Determine how the GWDC can provide facilitation for local Workforce Councils as well as workforce development agencies and partners on quality improvement/measures and overall strategic vision/direction.
  3. Housekeeping
    1. New appointments and orientation for new members
    2. Look at GWDC Committee structure?
