Peggy Ann Anderholm, is a native of Rochester MN.

Peggy Ann did her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Stout; and spent six years teaching in the Wisconsin Public School Systems. In 1986 Peggy Ann left the public sector, to begin work as a Training Specialist in private industry.

During her 17 years in Training and Development, Peggy Ann has worked in Industries as diverse as Personnel Recruitment, Gas and Electric utilities, Retail and Manufacturing. Peggy Ann's employers and clients have included; General Electric, Sears Roebuck and Co., NIPSCO, Cole Vision, and Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Northern Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to Marvin Windows and Doors; Peggy Ann was Director of Training for Frigidaire Home Products from 1992 to 1997.

Peggy Ann has been with Marvin Windows and Doors since 1998. She is responsible for all corporate training and development for the Company which employs over 4500 full time employees at six locations.

When not working Peggy Ann enjoys hat making, reading and spending time with her standard poodle, Ana. She is also enjoying living in a small town, and has even learned to ice fish since moving to the north woods from Cleveland Ohio; however she refuses to learn how to hunt!
