Laura Beeth is the system director of Talent Management (Workforce Development and Placement, Career Services, System Recruitment, Physician Recruitment, Provider Employment, and Quality Leadership Conference) at Fairview Health Services. In addition, Laura is the state chair of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Healthcare Education-Industry Partnership Council. Recently, Laura received the first-year Minnesota Vision Award for Workforce Development.

Laura has a strong background in the areas of healthcare, career, and human resources.  Laura is involved in many external organizations including college advisory boards, Minnesota Hospital Association Workforce Development Committee, Governor’s Workforce Development Council, and other associations. Laura is a regular speaker and content expert for numerous publications focused on healthcare workforce best practices.

On January 18, 2002, Minnesota Hospital Association awarded Fairview Health Services the “Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace Award for 2001” due to the employee career and workforce retention strategies implemented under Laura’s direction.
