Larry Mareck is the Business Representative to the Carpenters Union since 1988, and a member of the Carpenters Union #930 since 1971. Larry serves as a dual member on both the Governor’s Workforce Development Council and the Minnesota Job Skills Partnership Board. Mareck has a long history of service on community boards and councils, including: Building & Construction Trades Council; Stearns-Benton Workforce Development Council; Stearns-Benton Joint Powers Board; St. Cloud Economic Development Partnership Board; St. Cloud Technical College Foundation Board; and Stearns County Association of Townships. He is a graduate of St. Cloud Technical College, as well as a 4 year State Approved Carpentry Apprenticeship, with continuing education at the George Meany Center in Washington, D.C.
