This Web site is created to provide an electronic means for accessing information
about the Governor's Workforce Development Council (GWDC). The pages are
continually under development and are hosted by the Minnesota
Department of Employment and Economic Development. While we try to keep
them current and accurate, there are no guarantees that it is always so.
DEED is interested in ensuring that the data privacy rights of users
are protected as specified in M.S.
Chapter 13, GOVERNMENT DATA PRACTICES ACT. The site does use "cookies"
(data stored on a client machine which can later be retrieved by the Web
Server). The only information collected when you access this site is your
IP address (source address of the client computer) which is used only
for analyzing traffic patterns or other system maintenance. It is not
released to any third parties. No private or nonpublic data is collected
without your permission.
