As Minnesota’s State Workforce Investment Board, the GWDC is at the center of a number of initiatives that are addressing the needs of Minnesota and its economy.

Comprised of representatives from business and industry, community-based organizations, education, local government, organized labor, state agencies, and the State Legislature, the GWDC strives to forge practical solutions to Minnesota's workforce challenges.
